HOUSE RULES

  • Do not exceed 10 guests.

  • No pets allowed.

  • No smoking or vaping .

  • No parties or events.

  • No outdoor music past 11:00 PM.

  • Do not use white towels for cleaning, and do not take towels off the property.

  • Keep a safe distance from local wildlife, including bears and deer. Do not feed animals, leave food outside, or keep cabin doors open at night.

  • Please be mindful of water use, as the cabin uses well water. Report any leaks immediately.

  • Do not flush feminine products, wipes, paper towels, food, trash, or any items other than toilet paper.

  • The garage and owners' closets are not for guest use. Any tampering with locks will result in financial penalties.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Direct Bookings:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will forfeit the initial deposit unless the property is re-rented for the full period. If re-rented, a refund will be issued minus the processing fee. No refunds are issued for early departure.

AirBNB Bookings:

Guests are eligible for a full refund up to 5 days before check-in. Cancellations within 5 days of check-in are non-refundable per Airbnb’s policy.
